1. What is a subscription?
A subscription is an all-access pass to all episodes of all the shows featured on this channel. You get all current and future programs during your subscription period, either to view online or download, or both. For your convenience your membership will automatically renew until you decide to cancel.

2. How does pay-per-view work?
Pay-per-view lets you pay as you go for the episodes you watch, but you pay a higher price per episode, and not all episodes are available. It's a great way to preview a program before you subscribe. You will have access to the show for one week.

3. Once I subscribe, how do I watch the shows?
Just come back to this site, log in, and click on the show you want to watch. You can also click on the show you want to watch and sign in when the pop up window asks you to sign in.

4. How many future episodes do I get?
We will be adding new shows every month.

5. What are the system requirements?
The minimum requirements for MediaZone are:

  • Windows OS: Windows 98 SE, ME, 2000, or XP
  • Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with cookies enabled (default setting)
  • Windows Media Player 9 or higher
  • Broadband Users: Streams (Speeds of 384 kbps or higher) and downloads (any)
  • Dial-up Users - we recommend using the download option to enjoy the service

Don't have Windows Media Player? Click here to get it.

6. Do you support Mac?
Unfortunately, we cannot support Mac users at this time. The Mac OS does not support the Digital Rights Management we use to secure our media. However, we are working towards providing a Mac solution in the near future.

7. Is there a difference between the streaming and downloadable versions?
The streaming version is encoded at 384 kbps while the downloadable version is 700 kbsp. The larger bit rate on the downloadable files results in superior image, but a much larger file.

8. Do I need a broadband Internet connection?
A broadband connection is highly recommended. A dial-up connection will not support our stream rate, and the larger downloadable files will take a long time to download at dial-up speeds. .

9. How do I play my streams or downloads?
If the file you've purchased is a download, the file will be downloaded to your hard drive and will play in your Windows Media Player. If the file you've purchased is a stream, the file will begin playing in your Windows Media Player.

10. How do I buy or subscribe to the channel?
When you click on the Watch or Download button, a small window will pop up asking for your username and password. If you're not already registered, you will be prompted to register. During the registration process, you will need to provide your credit card information.Once you've registered, MediaZone will confirm your purchase and your media file will be accessible to you.

11. Is my credit card transaction secure?
You can rest assured hat your credit card information is secure because MediaZone uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a highly sophisticated online encryption service for transporting your credit card information.

12. How do I renew my subscription?
Xtreme Sportsl renews your subscription automatically. In the case of monthly subscriptions, your subscription service will automatically renew on the same date in each subsequent calendar month as the sign-up date, unless you cancel the service.

13. Can I cancel my service?
Yes. To cancel, please contact customer support.

14. Can I re-subscribe after I cancel my service?
Yes. If you cancel a subscription you may re-subscribe at any time thereafter.

15. Can I get refund if I cancel my subscription in the middle of my pre-paid term?
No. Cancellation of the service prior to the end of the pre-paid term (being the pre-paid month in the case of monthly subscriptions) will not take effect until the end of that term and you will not receive a refund. During the balance of the pre-paid term, you will continue to have access to the service.

16. I have two computers I use on a regular basis. Can I watch on more than one computer?
Yes, you will be able to watch on two computers.

17. What am I allowed to do with the programs that I download?
You can view the programs as often as you like for the license period. What you can't do is use them in any way for commercial gain.

18. Can I make the picture bigger?
Use the "video size" control under the "View" menu on Windows Media Player to set the size of your picture. Or click on the button with the arrow at the bottom right to make the image full screen. (Use your Escape key to exit this mode.)

19. Can I watch them on my TV set?
Depending on the type of connection your PC has, you can take the steps listed below to view programming. Please consult your local electronics retailer to learn more about the components needed for viewing.
Composite Video
Most DVD equipped computers have this setup. The outputs are usually located at the rear or side of computer; the video output is color-coded yellow and the audio output, or line-out, is the 3.5mm jack usually indicated by this icon:

S-Video
Newer computers may have an S-video connection. In order to use this feature, your TV must also have an S-Video input.

Audio Output but NO Video Output
If you have an older video card, you may not have a video output that can be directly connected to your TV. In this case, you will need to utilize the VGA port on your computer, which is the connector that's attached to your PC monitor.

20. Nothing's happening after I try to register. How come?
You'll need to turn off the pop off blockers. You can either turn them off or hold down the Ctrl-key while clicking register.
