1. What is an All-Access Pass?
An All-Access Pass, which costs only $9.99, is a pass to view all five (5) events / six (6) races totaling approximately 9 hours of video as a live broadcast or download to view at your leisure up to 30 days after your purchase.
2. What is a pay-per-view purchase?
A pay-per-view purchase gives you online access to watch this live event as it happens or as an archive at time convenient to you. For $4.99 you’ll get access to a single race broadcast. After you purchase and view the live or archived races, you may watch them as many times as you like for up to 30 days (after which time, the files will no longer work).
3. Once I buy my All-Access Pass, how do I watch the event?
Sign In (at top right of site) & click "watch live", "watch now", or "download" on the schedule for the event you want to watch. You can also click on the event you want to watch and sign in when the pop window asks you to sign in. If you want to watch the events that are broadcast live, you will need to refresh the main event page just a few minutes prior to the scheduled start time to get the "watch now" button to access the event. As these are live events, the "watch now" button will appear just a few minutes prior to the event.
4. Is this available all over the world? What countries can I watch from?
This is available all over the world except in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Sweden, Finland and Norway.
5. In what language are the broadcasts?
The broadcast will have English commentary only.
6. When will the downloads be available?
Downloads will be after the competition is complete (approximately roughly 6-8 hours later).
7. How do I buy or subscribe to an event?
When you click on the Watch or Download button, a small window will pop up asking for your username and password. If you're not already registered, you will be prompted to register. During the registration process, you will need to provide your credit card information. Once you've registered, MediaZone will confirm your purchase and the selected media file will be accessible to you.
8. Is my credit card transaction secure?
You can rest assured hat your credit card information is secure because MediaZone uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a highly sophisticated online encryption service for transporting your credit card information.

10. Do you support the Macintosh or Linux operating systems?
Regrettably at this time, you cannot watch MediaZone’s live events or other entertainment using the Macintosh or Linux operating systems due to lack of Windows Media Digital Rights Management (DRM) support for these operating systems.
However, MediaZone strongly believes in providing users of these operating systems with the opportunity to use our service and is participating actively to discover the solutions and develop the workarounds.
Please check back periodically and make your wishes known with Apple and Microsoft.
11. Do I need a broadband Internet connection?
A broadband connection is required for viewing live events. You can use either dial-up or broadband to connect to the internet and archived files. For dial-up users, it is recommended that you choose the download option or the low bandwidth option when available for the optimal viewing or listening experience
12. How do I play my streams or downloads?
If the file you've purchased is a download, the file will be downloaded to your hard drive and will play in your Windows Media Player. If the file you've purchased is a stream, the file will begin playing in your Windows Media Player.
13. What am I allowed to do with the programs that I download?
You can view the programs as often as you like for the license period listed above. Please note that in absolutely no way can you use the content you purchase on MediaZone in any way for commercial gain.
14. Can I make the picture bigger?
Use the "video size" control under the "View" menu on Windows Media Player to set the size of your picture. Or click on the button with the arrow at the bottom right to make the image full screen. (Use your Escape key to exit this mode.)
15. Can I watch them on my TV set?
MediaZone invites you to use the following settings to watch these games on your television. However, the MediaZone technical and billing support team does not provide chat/email support for this feature
Depending on the type of connection your PC has, you can take the steps listed below to view programming. Please consult your local electronics retailer to learn more about the components needed for viewing.
Composite Video
Most DVD equipped computers have this setup. The outputs are usually located at the rear or side of computer; the video output is color-coded yellow and the audio output, or line-out, is the 3.5mm jack usually indicated by this icon

S-Video
Newer computers may have an S-video connection. In order to use this feature, your TV must also have an S-Video input.

Audio Output but NO Video Output
If you have an older video card, you may not have a video output that can be directly connected to your TV. In this case, you will need to utilize the VGA port on your computer, which is the connector that's attached to your PC monitor.

16. How do I know what quality the media play will be?
MediaZone works with the each partner to present to you the highest quality media experience while balancing file size and bandwidth requirements. Streaming rates are typically 350kbps and higher quality downloads are typically 700kbps. A preview can be found on the Home page.
17. Nothing's happening after I try to register. How come?
You'll need to turn off the pop up blockers. You can either turn them off or hold down the Ctrl-key while clicking register.
18. How do I know if I will see buffering or not?
Bandwidth depends on your Internet Service Provider. It can be affected by network traffic and other users at your location. We recommend you test your service to make sure it will support the webcasts. Our program is streamed at 341 kpbs, but we recommend at least 400kbps for a quality experience.
To ensure you the best possible service:
- Do a web search for "test dsl connection" to find sites where you can test the speed and quality of your connection.
- Turn off any other programs that are sharing your connection like other browser windows and email programs.
- Re-start computer to close other programs that may be running in the background
